- Built CX Gemini, an AI co-pilot connected to BigQuery, Google Sheets and Vertex AI/Gemini that generates consistent A/B test narratives in seconds and reduces manual analysis time.
- Developed a self-service Paired Test tool using Google Sheets, Python and Cloud Functions to run quasi-experimental pre/post analysis when classic A/B testing is not feasible.
- Architected a CX Exploratory Tool that generates optimized dynamic SQL for BigQuery, helping stakeholders answer recurring product and CX questions without depending on ad-hoc analyst support.
- Built internal tools for event tracking governance, search and tracking digitalization, transforming scattered documentation into structured, queryable datasets.
- Helped enable AI agent workflows within the team by defining setup standards, shared methodology and secure BigQuery access patterns for analytics use cases.
